Decided to post this entry since it was such a memorable one.

Prep Camp was relatively relaxing as compared to actual camp. Like DUH! Well, quite a few amendments since the purpose of prep camp is to identify loopholes and mistakes. Went home on the last day of prep camp. Parents were going overseas on the last night of actual camp. So wanted to meet them before they leave. Just came back a few hours ago.

And i didnt shout orange juice instead of squeeze already! haha.

Below summarises the 4 days and 3 nights of FO camp.

Day 1

The campers arrived at 9am. Ice breaking games among the campers with the help of GLs facilitating. After that was GPs introduction. Some memorable nicknames. Sergeant Pussy, Mr Horny, Potato Man. and of course Pretty Camp Chief =D haha.

Camp's strength of approximately 96 campers. So the journey started with this 6 groups.
Pollux, Cancri, Spica, Epsilon, Antares and Librae.

Campers lunched in school. Travelled to Camp Christine. Soon after, station games for the campers. Evening came and it was dinner. Preparation for Blind Man's Trail. Ended the day at 5am. I slept at 6am >.<

Day 2

Reported at 11am the next day. Breakfast followed by versus games. The campers really enjoyed that a lot. 2 of the versus games was quite violent though. The wall fan's cap even came off. In the end, the group's forfeit is to fix the cap back and pay tribute to the fan >.<

Lunch and proceeded with camp song singing. Matrix puzzle for all the 6 groups. After that went back to school.

Dinner for them. Fruits to aid in their digestion after that. FRUITS WAR! my fav game. Have to form the word "CSCC" with the skins of the various fruits. Basically gobbling down of fruits and many unglam moments.

Camp song singing after that. Soon after, movie screening and off for nightwalk. Can see many different patterns when campers are scared. Ended the day at 5am.

Day 3

Report at 11am again. Bread, butter and kaya for them. Off for amazing race in school. Dinner was food bidding style. Hope the campers had fun. Maybe they don't trust us that much already. haha!

Campfire at FC 5. Followed by shim night. I got a nice treat from one of the shim. LAPDANCE! The shim was very violent. I almost died on the seat. lols!

Cocktail by food team. Thanks FOOD! =)

Disco night. The campers were really high. Didnt expected that at all. But the room was filled with the stench of sweat and don't know what nots. haha.

Ended disco night with slow dance.

Was standing at the back with joann and gwenda all the while. I was the bouncer. no la. Just didnt feel like dancing. We were making jokes like the Food team added ecstacy in the cocktail to make them high.

Slept at 5am that day.

Day 4

Brunch. Performances by the different groups. Some were hilarious. GL performance was cool. GP performance was the best. lol.

OC introduction.

T shirt giving. Photo taking. Billy Banja. Daphne and me got violently attacked. We were bare footed. The GLs were wearing shoes!!

True feelings after that. Most of the GLs cried. I almost teared. Reminds me of last year FO camp.

Break camp at 5pm. Campers went to latte.

Reached home at 11pm that day.

I got violently drawn. My 3rd time? Better than LTC or connection. Can't remember which was it. My butt got sExposed. LOL.

Slept within 10 secs my head touched the pillow.

So basically, what difference is there between LTC's camp chief and FO's camp chief?

Lots of difference. LTC, you are handling campers whom you have known for about 6 months. The camp strength is only 40 plus campers, with not many GPs. FO camp has approximately 100 campers and more than 40 GPs.

And of course much much much more problems in FO camp.

I just want to say i've learnt a lot over the past year. Basically i want to thank all chairpersons for giving me the chance to learn so much. Thanks yiwen! ( i got your name correct already)

I will of course pass my knowledge to the next batch.

Being a GL is not easy.
Being a GP isnt easy either.

It's just putting your best in whatever you do.

If i were to rate FO camp as to how successful it was, i would give 4.5/5.

If how fun it was, only the campers would know how fun it was.
