The start of something new

This is kind of bad. I'm sitting here, thinking what are my resolutions for the new year. But you can't start work unless you have a goal right? =D

Come to think about it, lots of nice memories came from cscc. Let me go back a little further. In year 1, i was still in welfare subcom. Love it then, love it even now.

Never regretted being in the management committee ever. It was what i wanted to do. Great bunch of people. Absolutely wouldn't mind working with them again.

Being a GL in FO camp. Lovely Giovanni and of course not forgetting my partner, yin zi. I will get your prezzie soon =D Very nice experience leading the "children" thru the camp, coupled with ocassionals bickers with yin zi and sleepy moments with fellow GLs. And having lots of internal joke within the GLs. Stupid elmo with her contortion, and hui si with her butt head.

Weekend GL was not as fun.

Games I/C during connection camp. This is definitely good too. Learned a lot of stuff from seniors and other people.

Camp chief during LTC. Great experience working with daphne. I realised that i can't act fierce. haha, actually i know that long ago. Cos i'm a nice person.

LTC Redang was superb! Although the friendship is not strong, the times we had over at Redang and onboard star virgo was memorable. Fun people there. Like rubina, the hungry ghost, shafina, the crazy girl, and diana, the sleepy girl. Notice their names all end with NA. lols. And quite a sporty group, literally. People from track, aikido, wushu, scuba diving, sports club and skates. YAVAPAI rocks! =)

ICE camp was alright. Got to know a few people. and food poisoning =(

SP Star. Very nice event, i feel. First time being a logistic for such a big event together with wei en and yu jiang.

Appreciation dinner was cool. I won the lucky draw =)

That's about all for the fabulous memories for year 2007.

Anticipating the exams. Can't wait for it to be over. Most projects done. Left with communication 101. Hope it will proceed smoothly.

Okay, i've thought about it. Resolutions for year 2008.

1. i seriously HOPE i can still grow taller.
2. exercising more often.
3. make more friends
4. better results
5. more ang bao for CNY
6. FO camp a success
7. be more confident
8. be the nicest
9. able to get enough sleep
10. wish eelin would be not so mean as before

Seems like simple resolutions. But the 10th one is a little tricky. Kind of impossible. LOL.

Suddenly i feel like blogging lots of stuff. I always find it much easier to express my thoughts here. It's like there is no restriction. Probably i'm a phlegmatic. Kind of like my GEMs. It helps to discover my personality. I can say it's very true, at least for me.

It says phlegmatics worry quite a bit. and i suddenly thought of something. I realised i don't have much problems in my life. Not that i want any. Just wondering if i was being nonchalant about stuff, that makes me problem-free.

I remembered yi wen once said to me, " i've never seen the unhappy or sad side of you". I think i replied, " i don't know". Don't worry. I'm not an emotionless person. I do have feelings. I do feel sad or unhappy. But there is nothing much that can make me feel that way.

Well, i do admit i worry a lot. and usually never taking action. That's the bad part. Being more action oriented, or rather more brave.

I should stop here man. Lest i churn out more random stuff.
