Last Sunday was the Still Water Nationals at Siloso. reached there and slack around to get into competition mood. Though my event was like few hours later. Started out with emily briefing us. Then soon the first event started- beach flags. the most anticipated event of the competiton. Plays on your sheer concentration and skills, not forgetting swiftness and a touch of roughness. Events after events passed.

For my event. run swim run. I got 11th out of 18th. which was totally bad. but i knew better that i would get into this state. I expected even worse results. No training = bad results. In order to stay in the team, i definitely would have to train and i would do just that.

Shan't say much about the competition. really let the team down. After competition went for our dinner and went back home.

Monday was the ITB's test. Hope i can score well.

Going for physiotherapy workshop on Tuesday. After that need to go back SP for interview. Don't know for what, but Ben told me it was for LTC camp. Hope i can get selected.

Haven't even started on CC project. wahaha. i don't know what to do. damn it. Shall not procrastinate and end up failing. I'll start tomorrow. I promise =x

Sort of tired now. Shall go to sleep.
